Day 1 An Artists oracle prompts challenge 💓 using three of the 21prompts create the art that you are inspired to create.
Today I drew: Harmony + Proportion + texture.
Immediately I was thinking of grass today, Harmony was the symbol of the sun in the art.
☀️✨️I am in Harmony when I am exploring. ✨️☀️
Texture was the grass and the feels of the mediums. Pencil crayons, and neo pastels on top of an acrylic on paper abstract.
On one level I was able to create art. That in itself is a complete sentence and accomplishment. But I was also listening to my breathing and taking note of the ideas that came and went before a landscape pulled the Harmony principle into greater focus. I also did a black and white photo but didn't enjoy the process as much.
Day 2 (In the video)
Using a spinner I spun 3x for my prompts.
Contrast + Value + Proportion
Using The Madonna with the long neck by Parmigianino 1500's as my inspiration or jumping point.
Tips
There's no pressure to perfect.
Set a timer if you need.
It doesn’t have to be complete! Work on one piece for 100 days if you like.
Do it in your FAVORITE medium!
Paint, clay, fiber, textile, sketch,photography….
just do it!
